VOSKEVAZ
KARASI COLLECTION VOSKEHAT

VOSKEHAT WHITE DRY • ARMENIA

"The elegance of clay and the golden grape: a cult white wine that encapsulates millennia of winemaking history."

🇦🇲 ORIGIN: ARAGATSOTN, ARMENIA | 🥂 WHITE DRY KARASI | 🏷️ WINERY: VOSKEVAZ WINERY

Tradition in Amphora

The Karasi Collection Voskehat is the jewel in the crown of Voskevaz. This dry white wine is made exclusively from the indigenous Voskehat variety, sourced from ungrafted vineyards located over 1,000 meters above sea level. Its unique character comes from fermentation in ancient clay amphorae (Karasi), which gives it natural micro-oxygenation and an incomparable texture, respecting the purity of the fruit and the volcanic terroir of Armenia.

frequently asked questions (FAQs)

What is the Voskehat grape?

It is considered Armenia's most noble white grape. Its name means "Golden Seed" and it produces wines with great aging potential and complexity.

Why is it fermented in amphorae?

The use of Karasi allows the wine to breathe without acquiring excessive wood flavors, preserving the typicality of the grape and providing a unique earthy texture.
