CFDI 4.0 Self-Invoicing Guide
In compliance with tax regulations in Mexico, La Cava Shop provides this portal for generating electronic invoices under version 4.0. This process is essential for the deductibility of your purchases of premium wines, including our exclusive collections from Pulenta Estate and Bodegas CARO.
Step 01: Identify your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
Step 02: Enter your RFC (Tax ID) and the Postal Code associated with your tax domicile (mandatory in version 4.0).
Step 03: Correctly select your Tax Regime and the corresponding CFDI Use.
Step 04: Verify the data and download your XML and PDF files immediately.
Legal Framework and Requirements
To ensure the correct issuance of your receipt, the information provided must exactly match your Tax Situation Certificate. This applies to the acquisition of aged wines like Valduero or designer wines like Sin Reglas. According to Annex 20 of the RMF, the mandatory fields are:
- RFC: Valid Federal Taxpayer Registry.
- Name or Company Name: Without the corporate regime (e.g., without S.A. de C.V.).
- Postal Code: Of the tax domicile registered with the SAT.
- Tax Regime: According to the recipient's economic activity.
If your purchase included collector's items such as the iconic Judas from Bodega Sottano, the system will correctly itemize the corresponding taxes.
