Brazil's First Gin Distillery
Amázzoni was born as the first distillery dedicated exclusively to gin in Brazil, set in the Paraíba Valley, in the interior of the state of Rio de Janeiro, surrounded by rivers and imperial palms. Its purpose from the start has been to translate Amazonian biodiversity into a spirit of its own character, using 100% Brazilian botanicals that are uncommon in classic European gin.

The Two Expressions of the Collection
Amázzoni Dry — 42% Vol.
The brand's founding expression. Alongside classic juniper, it incorporates bay leaf, coriander, mandarin and pink pepper, plus three genuinely Amazonian botanicals: Brazil nut, maxixe (a Brazilian wild gherkin) and cipó cravo, an aromatic jungle liana. The result is a smooth gin with an exotic, spiced character.
Amázzoni Rio Negro — 51% Vol. (Navy Strength)
Named in honour of the Rio Negro, the great dark-water tributary of the Amazon. It is a Navy Strength version made with cold-pressed botanicals, with juniper, coriander and lemon peel added directly to the still for a more citrusy, spiced profile and greater alcoholic intensity.
How to Serve Amázzoni Gin
Amázzoni Dry shines in a classic Gin & Tonic with Mediterranean tonic water, plenty of ice and a slice of mandarin or grapefruit. Amázzoni Rio Negro, thanks to its higher strength, is ideal for structured signature cocktails —such as a Negroni or a dry Martini— where its citrusy and spiced character stays present even when diluted.
