Psagot Winery
Judean Hills, Israel • Ancestral Terroir
"Where biblical history meets modern viticulture. Wines made on limestone terraces and aged in ancient caves."
Wines of Altitude and Heritage
Founded in 2003, Psagot Winery has become the leading winery in the Judean Mountains. Its vineyards are located at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, in a unique microclimate on limestone (Terra Rosa) soils characteristic of the region.
The heart of the winery is its natural cave from the Second Temple period. This historical setting has allowed its labels to achieve high ratings in prestigious publications such as Decanter and The Wine Advocate, highlighting their balance between the "Old World" and the Mediterranean climate.
