Albet i Noya is a family winery in Sant Pau d'Ordal, in the D.O. Penedès, at the foot of the Montserrat massif. Since 1978 it has committed to organic viticulture, something uncommon in Spain at the time, and it works its vineyards without synthetic herbicides or pesticides, with cover crops between the rows to protect the soil. It also promotes the recovery of old varieties of the area, alongside traditional Penedès grapes such as Xarel·lo.
