How does the billing process work?
We have a self-invoicing portal. You only need your order number and tax information (RFC, Tax Regime and Zip Code).
What guarantee do I have regarding the quality of the wine?
All our wines have a Guarantee of Origin and are stored under strict temperature controls.
Can I return an order?
Returns are only accepted for damaged products or shipping errors, and must be reported within the first 24 hours after reception.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, Mercado Pago, and credit/debit cards with SSL security.
