Available in amounts of $500, $1,000, $1,500, $2,000, $2,500, and $3,000 MXN.
How to receive it
Once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed, you will receive an email with your gift card and its unique code. It is digital, so no physical shipping is required. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
How to use it
Choose your products at lacava.shop and enter the gift card code at checkout. The balance will be applied to your order total, including shipping and taxes.
You don't need to spend the entire balance in a single purchase. If you have a remaining balance, you can use it for future orders. If your total exceeds the available balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
You can check your balance via the link included in the gift card email. You can also combine it with a discount code, but it cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
1. Return Period
Product returns are accepted up to ninety (90) calendar days from the date the order is received by the customer.
2. Condition of Products
For a return to be approved, the product must mandatorily meet the following conditions:
- Sealed Bottles: All wine bottles must remain closed, intact, and in their original state.
- Original Packaging: The outer packaging (box, packaging) and security labels or seals, if any, must be complete and unopened.
- Exclusion: Returns will not be accepted for any bottle that has been opened or whose security seal has been broken.
3. Return Process
- The customer must notify their intention to return the order within the 90-day period by contacting our customer service department.
- Once the request is verified, instructions for shipping the products will be provided.
- Upon receipt and physical inspection of the products to confirm they meet Condition 2, a full refund of the cost of the wine will be processed.
