Baglietti
Venice • Signature Prosecco • Italian Style
"Baglietti is the perfect union of avant-garde design and northern Italian winemaking tradition. A toast that captures the light of Venice and the effervescence of shared moments."
Excellence in the Heart of Veneto
The Baglietti house has redefined the concept of Italian sparkling wines, merging iconic bottle design with impeccable technical quality. Its vineyards, located on the most privileged slopes of the Veneto region, benefit from a unique microclimate that allows the Glera grape to develop a vibrant acidity and a highly complex aromatic profile.
Each Baglietti label, available in our selection of Italian wines, is produced under the strict Charmat (or Martinotti) method, where secondary fermentation occurs in stainless steel autoclaves to preserve the fruit freshness and varietal purity, resulting in persistent bubbles and a silky texture.
Prosecco DOC No. 10: The Signature
Classified as Extra Dry, No. 10 is an ode to precision. According to the Prosecco DOC Consortium, this sugar level enhances aromas of green apple, Williams pear, and white flowers without losing the characteristic dryness that makes it so gastronomic.
Millesimato Rosé: Structure
This sparkling rosé incorporates Pinot Noir into the blend, providing a light tannic structure and notes of forest fruits. To understand the difference between a Spumante and a Champagne, you can consult the technical guide from Wine Folly.
Professional Tasting Protocol
Serving and Glassware
To maximize the Baglietti experience, the wine should be served at a controlled temperature of 6°C to 8°C. It is recommended to avoid the traditional flute glass in favor of a tulip-shaped or white wine glass, which allows for greater oxygenation of floral aromas and better appreciation of the bubbles.
Pairing and Occasion
Its technical versatility makes it ideal for contemporary Asian cuisine (sushi and sashimi), fresh grilled seafood, and classic Italian Antipasto. Its balance of acidity and residual sugar cleanses the palate after each bite of soft cheeses like Asiago or Mozzarella di Bufala.
