PSAGOT
PRAT
HARMONY • BLEND • JUDEAN HILLS
"The harmony of the blend: a wine that balances the power of Cabernet with the softness of Merlot, grown on the mystical terraces of the Jerusalem mountains."
The Art of Blending in Judea
Psagot Prat is a testament to balance. Inspired by the great Bordeaux blends, but with the warm, mineral soul of Israel's limestone soils. The grapes grow at an altitude of 900 meters, benefiting from a thermal oscillation that sets the color and concentrates the sugars without losing freshness. As a Non-Mevushal wine, Psagot Prat is presented in its purest form, faithfully capturing the character of the terroir in each vintage.
