Attis Winery and Vineyards
Liquid Craftsmanship from Salnés • Galicia
"Wines of the sea, granite, and tradition: the most authentic interpretation of Galician terroir under the direct influence of the Atlantic."
The Untamed Terroir of the Salnés Valley
Located in Meaño (Pontevedra), Attis is the life project of the Fariña brothers, who have redefined artisanal viticulture in the heart of Rías Baixas. Their philosophy is based on absolute respect for the marine ecosystem and the use of traditional Galician pergolas.
Under the technical direction of the prestigious winemaker Jean-François Hébrard, the winery has integrated spontaneous fermentation processes and the use of large format wooden foudres, positioning its labels as benchmarks within our selection of Spanish wines.

Lees Aging and Structure
Attis sculpts the creaminess of its premium white wines through meticulous lees aging, recognized by international critics at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
Attis Mar: Underwater Evolution
Pioneers in underwater enology in the Ría de Arousa, Attis subjects its Albariño to aging beneath the ocean. This technique, analyzed by the Galician Institute of Food Quality (AGACAL), leverages hydrostatic pressure for a unique evolution.
