Attis Mar Magnum 2021
Underwater Aged Albariño • 1.5L
"The ultimate expression of the Atlantic: a collector's item that merges the longevity of the Magnum format with the mysticism of underwater aging in the Ría de Arousa."
Mysticism and Science Under the Sea
The Magnum Attis Mar 2021 represents the final frontier of experimentation in Rías Baixas. This Albariño from selected parcels undergoes a unique immersion process: after aging on lees, the 1.5-liter bottles descend to a depth of 12 meters. There, the ocean pressure and stable temperature act as a catalyst, transforming its structure and endowing it with a silky texture and an iodine character that only the Atlantic can bestow.

2. Sommelier's Notes
Appearance: Intense and crystalline yellow. The Magnum format preserves an exceptional chromatic youth with steely and brilliant nuances.
Nose: A symphony of extraordinary complexity. Notes of ripe white fruit and wildflowers coexist with a prominent saline hint and hints of wet stone that emerge after oxygenation.
Palate: Dense and structured. The underwater aging softens the wine's edges, offering an unprecedented silky texture, balanced by a vertical Atlantic acidity. The finish is eternal, iodized, and deeply mineral.

5. The Secret Under the Sea
Underwater maturation in 1.5L format is a fascinating oenological phenomenon. The absence of light and the constant movement of ocean currents in the Ría de Arousa harmoniously integrate the wine's components. Being a Magnum, micro-oxygenation is much finer, ensuring that this Albariño maintains its vitality while developing sublime tertiary nuances.
