Jeff Morgan and the Cult Kosher Wine
Covenant Winery was born when winemaker and former Wine Spectator critic Jeff Morgan accepted, together with Napa vintner Leslie Rudd, the challenge of making a great kosher wine. Its first harvest, a 2003 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, changed the perception of what a kosher wine could be and took it to the tables of great restaurants.
In 2013 the winery opened a second chapter, Covenant Israel, with wines from vineyards in the Galilee and the Golan Heights. The California labels carry the name Red C and the Israeli ones Blue C, in reference to the blue and white of the Israeli flag.

Covenant Red
