Founded in 1987 in a picturesque enclave between the Montes de Toledo and Cabañeros National Park, Dehesa del Carrizal holds the prestigious D.O.P. Vino de Pago, the highest recognition granted by wine legislation in Spain. Thanks to its raña clay and quartzite soils, along with a microclimate influenced by the Atlantic, the winery combines the tradition of winemaking in French oak with a careful parcel selection to create wines of singular personality and timeless elegance.
