Dehesa del Carrizal
Montes de Toledo, Spain • Vino de Pago since 1987
"The ultimate expression of Spanish terroir. A unique enclave between valleys and quartzites where nature bestows an unmistakable personality on each harvest."
1. Heritage and Evolution
Founded in 1987 in a picturesque enclave between the Montes de Toledo and Cabañeros National Park, Dehesa del Carrizal holds the prestigious D.O.P. Vino de Pago, the highest recognition granted by Spanish wine legislation. Thanks to its raña soil of clay and quartzite, along with a microclimate of Atlantic influences, the winery combines the tradition of winemaking in French oak with a careful parcel selection to create wines of singular personality and timeless elegance.
