1. The Rebirth of an Indigenous Variety
The Merseguera grape is the best-kept treasure of the Valencian lands, protected by quality designations such as the D.O.P. Valencia. After decades of local use, it has experienced a qualitative revolution thanks to work in high-altitude areas. Pioneering wineries such as Mustiguillo, whose vineyard El Terrerazo was the first Pago in the Valencian Community, have shown that this grape produces world-class whites.

Visually, it offers straw tones. Critics from The Wine Advocate / Robert Parker highlight its nose of white flowers and jasmine, as well as a silky texture and a mineral finish derived from the calcareous terroir.
High-Altitude Viticulture
