Owned by the Dutron family since 1835, Château Vitallis is in Fuissé, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé area, in southern Burgundy. Today it is run by Denis Dutron together with his son Maxime, with organic farming principles and soil tillage. Its clay-limestone soil vineyards give Chardonnay of generous roundness and a backbone of vibrant acidity, with minerality.
