MOUNT PEAK "SENTINEL"
CABERNET SAUVIGNON • NAPA & SONOMA
"The guardian of the mountain: a robust and sculptural Cabernet Sauvignon that captures the untamed strength and longevity of California's most prestigious high-altitude vineyards."
Liquid Architecture
Sentinel is the most structural expression of Mount Peak Winery. Inspired by the historic lookout post of the Monte Rosso vineyard, this Cabernet Sauvignon stands as a monument to high-altitude viticulture. By combining the power of Napa Valley with the mineral elegance of Sonoma, Sentinel offers a dense wine with firm tannins and a longevity designed to endure decades in the cellar.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What differentiates it from other Napa Cabernets?
Unlike "valley floor" wines, Sentinel uses hillside grapes. This produces smaller berries with higher tannin concentration and vibrant acidity, giving it much greater longevity.
Is it a wine to drink now?
It is enjoyable today with prolonged decanting, but its structure is designed to evolve and soften over the next 15 to 20 years.
