GRANDE CUVÉE
ALMA ROSÉ BRUT
BELLAVISTA WINERY • FRANCIACORTA • ITALY
"The seduction of Franciacorta: a pink canvas where the strength of Pinot Nero merges with the delicacy of white flowers."
The Art of Noble Rosé
Grande Cuvée Alma Rosé is the most romantic interpretation from the **Bellavista** winery. Crafted in the heart of **Franciacorta**, this sparkling wine is primarily based on Pinot Nero grapes, selected from plots with the best exposure to capture the essence of red fruits. The key to its complexity lies in the blend with reserve wines aged in oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 36 months of aging on its lees. It is a wine that combines Mediterranean freshness with an aristocratic structure.

4. Pairing and Gala Service
Cuisine: Due to its structure and freshness, it is the ideal companion for Tuna Tartare, Beef Carpaccio, or fusion dishes with mild spicy touches. It pairs sublimely with pasta with sea urchin, shrimp risotto, and young cheeses like Taleggio.
Service: Enjoy at a temperature between **6°C and 8°C**. We recommend using wide tulip-shaped glasses to allow the expression of Pinot Nero to open up without losing the fineness of its bubbles.
Technical Sheet and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is this a sweet sparkling wine?
No. Although the aromas of red fruits might suggest sweetness, it is a Brut wine. This means it is dry on the palate, with a perfect balance between acidity and fruit.
How long can it be aged in a cellar?
Thanks to its high percentage of Pinot Nero and its barrel aging, Alma Rosé has excellent aging potential, capable of evolving favorably for another 3 to 5 years after disgorgement.
What does Pinot Nero contribute to the blend?
Pinot Nero is responsible for the color, but also for the wine's "backbone," providing structure, longevity, and those characteristic notes of ripe red fruits.
