FRANZ HAAS • ALTO ADIGE • ITALY

The Vision of Franz Haas
Manna 2021 is the flagship of the **Franz Haas** winery, located in the fascinating landscape of **Alto Adige**. This wine was born in 1995 as a tribute to the versatility of high-altitude vineyards. Each grape comes from selected plots between 350 and 800 meters above sea level. Chardonnay and Sauvignon are fermented in wooden barrels, while Riesling and Kerner are fermented in stainless steel, achieving a masterful balance between structure, freshness, and an aromatic depth that changes in the glass with every minute.

Technical Sheet and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is it a dry wine?
Yes, it is a technically dry wine. However, the ripeness of the grapes and the blend with Kerner and Riesling give it a very pleasant sensation of creaminess and aromatic sweetness.
What does it mean to be an IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti?
It is the classification that allows producers in the Dolomites to create creative blends outside the strict rules of local DOCs, always guaranteeing geographical origin and supreme quality.
How long can I store it?
Manna is one of the few Italian whites with aging potential of more than 10-15 years. Over time, it will develop notes of kerosene and honey similar to great German Rieslings.
