DEBOUT SUR LES CRÊTES
VINTAGE 2021
DOMAINE DE BOISSEYT • NORTH RHÔNE • FRANCE
"The verticality of air: a white wine born where the slopes touch the sky, offering a mineral freshness and unattainable purity."
Elegance at the Summit
Debout sur les Crêtes 2021 is Domaine de Boisseyt's tribute to the most extreme terroirs of France. Located on the granitic ridges of Chavanay, these vineyards benefit from perfect sun exposure and constant ventilation that slows down maturation, concentrating aromas without losing acidity. The result is a white wine of extreme finesse, where the structure of Marsanne blends with the delicate aromatic qualities of Roussanne.
