2. Master Distiller's Notes
Appearance: Completely clear and crisp. When water is added, it exhibits the iconic louche effect, transforming into a dense, uniform, milky white opalescence.
Nose: Clean and intense aroma. Predominant fresh notes of freshly ground green anise with a subtle floral background of high-mountain grape.
Palate: Fresh and very silky entry. Impeccable balance between the natural sweetness of the seed and the warmth of the alcohol, with a refreshing and digestive aftertaste.

- Perfect Serve: 1 part Arak to 2 parts very cold mineral water. First pour the Arak, then the water, and finally the ice.
