QUINTA
SARDONIA
SARDÓN DE DUERO • PURE BIODYNAMICS
"The ultimate expression of the terroir: a wine of astonishing complexity that combines power, elegance, and deep minerality born on the Golden Mile of the Duero."
Precision Viticulture on the Golden Mile
Quinta Sardonia is the result of an relentless pursuit of excellence. Located just a few meters from the border with the D.O. Ribera del Duero, this winery (originally created under the supervision of Peter Sisseck) uses biodynamics not as a trend, but as the only way to convey the vibration of its 11 different soils. The result is a polyphonic, balanced, and deeply mineral wine that defies the passage of time.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is Quinta Sardonia a Ribera del Duero wine?
Geographically, it is located on the Golden Mile of the Duero, but technically it is marketed as "Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León" (Wine of the Land of Castile and León). This gives the winery the freedom to use varieties like Cabernet or Syrah, which are not allowed in the DO but enhance the complexity of the blend.
What is its optimal drinking window?
Thanks to its tannic structure and natural acidity, it has an aging potential of 10 to 15 years, gaining tertiary complexity (leather, tobacco, earth) over time.
