BRESSIA

"CONJURO" • GUALTALLARY

★★★★★ THE MASTERPIECE • WALTER BRESSIA

"A mystical and majestic blend that represents the ultimate expression of Gualtallary's terroir and the art of Argentine winemaking."

The Spell of Enology

Conjuro is the winery's iconic wine, a cult piece born at 2,100 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley. In this 2016 vintage, Walter Bressia achieves an aristocratic harmony, combining the power of Malbec, the elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon, and the silkiness of Merlot. It is a wine designed for posterity, with a masterful balance between high-altitude fruit and sophisticated aging.

1. Identity Profile

  • Winery: Bressia Casa de Vinos.
  • Origin: Gualtallary, Uco Valley.
  • Varietal: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot.
  • Aging: 18 months in French and American oak.
  • Style: Cult Red / Monumental.
  • Volume: 750 ml | 14.8% Alc. Vol.

2. Sommelier's Notes

Appearance: Deep red with black nuances and elegant violet flashes. It has a visual density that anticipates its great fleshiness.

Nose: Infinite bouquet. It unfolds layers of ripe red fruits, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and exotic spices with a mineral and balsamic background.

Palate: Superb and enveloping entry. Perfect harmony between power and extreme finesse. Firm yet sweet tannins, masterfully integrated with the wood. Eternal and sophisticated finish.

Temperature: Enjoy between **17°C and 19°C** in a large format crystal glass.
