Appearance: Absolutely crystalline and brilliant. When adding water, it presents a mystical louche effect, transforming into a dense, opalescent milky-white emulsion.
Nose: Potent and deeply clean aroma. Crisp notes of green anise and licorice with a delicate undertone of ripe grapes.
Palate: Vigorous and velvety entry. The aging in clay imparts masterful balance; despite its strength, it leaves a refreshing sensation and a long, digestive finish.
