2. Sommelier's Notes
Appearance: Absolutely crystalline and brilliant. When water is added, it presents a mystical louche effect, transforming into a dense, opalescent milky white emulsion.
Nose: Powerful and deeply clean aroma. Crisp notes of green anise and licorice with a delicate hint of ripe grape in the background.
Palate: Vigorous and velvety entry. Aging in clay provides masterful balance; despite its strength, it leaves a refreshing sensation and a prolonged digestive finish.
