Appearance: Absolutely crystal clear and brilliant. When water is added, it presents a mystical louche effect, transforming into a dense, opalescent milky white emulsion.
Nose: Potent and profoundly clean aroma. Crisp notes of green anise and licorice with a delicate hint of ripe grape.
Palate: Vigorous and velvety on entry. The aging in clay imparts a masterful balance; despite its strength, it leaves a refreshing sensation and a prolonged digestive finish.
