MILSETENTA Y SEIS RED WINE 750 ML
BODEGA MILSETENTAYSEIS • D.O. RIBERA DEL DUERO

SPAIN • Fuentenebro, BURGOS • AGED RED WINE (DRY)

★★★★★ 5.0 / 5 (38 REVIEWS)

"The revelation of high mountains and mineral soils in the Ribera del Duero. Milsetenta y Seis Red Wine 750 ml is the crowning achievement of the Milsetentayseis project (part of the renowned Alma Carraovejas group) in Fuentenebro, Burgos. Cultivated at an altitude of 1,076 meters in old vineyards on soils rich in mica, quartz, and feldspar, this dry red wine blends the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) variety with small contributions of Albillo Mayor grapes, offering an aristocratic, fresh, wild, and uniquely magnetic mineral profile."

🇪🇸 ORIGIN: D.O. RIBERA DEL DUERO (FUENTENEBRO), SPAIN | 🍷 STYLE: AGED RED WINE WITH MICA AND OAK (DRY) | 🏷️ WINERY / BRAND: MILSETENTAYSEIS (ALMA CARRAOVEJAS)

Vitis and Extreme Minerality in Ribera del Duero

The Milsetenta y Seis Red Wine 750 ml pays tribute to the highest point in the southern area of the D.O. Ribera del Duero: an altitude of 1,076 meters above sea level in Fuentenebro, Burgos. Designed by Bodega Milsetentayseis (Alma Carraovejas), this project revives centuries-old heroic viticulture plots surrounded by ancient mica and quartz mines. The combination of Tinto Fino with the white Albillo Mayor, vinified in wooden vats, foudres, and concrete tanks, gives rise to a strictly dry red wine. It surprises with its incredible mountain freshness, refined tannins, notes of wild black fruit, balsamic scrubland, and a tannic and mineral finish of profound elegance.
