1. The Region and its Wines
The Samaria (Shomron) region is an area of hills in central Israel, with vineyards at high altitude. The marked difference between day and night preserves acidity and aromas, and favors varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon. One of its reference wineries is Tura Winery, a family winery founded by Erez and Vered Ben Sa'adon in Rechelim.
