TABALÍ
DOM 2017
MAIPO ALTO • PIRQUE • CHILE
"The Nobility of Maipo Alto: an exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, with a classic structure and deep elegance, born in the stony soils of Pirque to conquer the most demanding palates."
Tabalí's Masterpiece
With DOM, Viña Tabalí demonstrates its mastery outside its origin in Limarí, moving to the heart of Maipo Alto. In the DOM vineyard in Pirque, the fresh influence of the Andes Mountains and the alluvial soils of the Maipo River's second terrace allow for the creation of a Cabernet Sauvignon of noble lineage. It is a powerful wine, yet with the finesse that only Maipo Alto can bestow: an imposing structure dressed in silk.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is DOM Tabalí's icon wine?
DOM is the winery's jewel in Maipo Alto. It represents the pursuit of excellence in the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, complementing its award-winning Syrah and Chardonnay from the Limarí Valley.
What does Pirque's climate contribute to the wine?
Pirque is one of the freshest areas in the Maipo Valley. The daily thermal oscillation allows for a slow maturation of the tannins, resulting in a wine with vibrant acidity and a freshness not found in the lower areas of the valley.
