SIN REGLAS
MALBEC 100% BLEND

MENDOZA ARGENTINA • SIGNATURE WINE • PURE FREEDOM

"Where the borders of the map are erased to give way to harmony: the strength of the Uco Valley united with the sweetness of Luján de Cuyo."

🇦🇷 ORIGIN: MENDOZA (BLEND OF ZONES) | 🍷 VARIETY: 100% MALBEC | 🏷️ WINERY: SIN REGLAS WINES

The Philosophy of Ordered Chaos

The Sin Reglas Malbec 100% Blend is the culmination of a project that seeks to redefine Argentine Malbec. By not being restricted to a single estate, the winemaker selects the best expressions of the season: the minerality and freshness of the calcareous soils of the Uco Valley and the fruity power of traditional areas. The result is a balanced signature wine, with a complexity achieved only through the intelligent blending of various microclimates. A Malbec without ties, genuine, and deeply seductive.

1. Technical Sheet and Curation

Winery: Sin Reglas Wines.

Origin: Selection of vineyards in Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.

Composition: 100% Malbec (Terroir Blend).

Aging: 12 months in first and second-use French oak barrels.

Format: 750 ml.

Winemakers: Leandro Azin and Andrés Ridois.

2. Exclusive Organoleptic Profile

Appearance: Intense, deep, and brilliant purplish-red color, with bluish reflections.

Nose: Great aromatic complexity combining ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry) with notes of black plum, intertwined with sweet spices, vanilla, and an elegant mineral touch.

Palate: Sweet and voluminous entry. The tannins are firm but ripe, providing a silky structure. It has a long and persistent finish that leaves hints of dark chocolate and ripe fruit.

4. Suggested Pairings and Moments

Pairing: It is the ideal ally for fire-cooked gastronomy. It pairs perfectly with premium Carnita Asada, beef cuts such as ribeye, skirt steak, or ribs. It also marries excellently with lamb-filled pastas, hand-cut meat empanadas, and well-aged hard cheeses.

Suggested Moments:

  • Business: A solid wine with a disruptive name that breaks the ice and projects sophistication.
  • Carnita Asada / Family Meal: The undisputed protagonist of a Sunday feast.
  • Gift: An essential bottle for those who appreciate signature wines and the new Mendoza style.
  • Romantic Dinner: Its enveloping and velvety character makes it ideal for sharing with a partner.
  • Special Celebration: Perfect for toasting milestones that require a wine with "body and soul."
  • Summer: Enjoyed at 16°C on a cool terrace during sunset.

frequently asked questions (FAQS)

What does it mean to be a Signature Wine?

It means that the production is guided by the winemaker's personal vision, without following industrial standards. It is a more careful and limited production that seeks to express a unique identity.

Is it necessary to decant this Malbec?

It is recommended to decant it 20 to 30 minutes before serving. This allows the wine to open up and express its full aromatic palette, especially the notes derived from its barrel aging.

Where is the winery located?

Sin Reglas Wines is based in Mendoza, Argentina. They do not have a single physical mass production structure but operate as "nomads," selecting grapes from the best vineyards in the region.
