RESERVA
CLASSIC RIOJAN
D.O.Ca. RIOJA • SPAIN • 36 MONTHS AGED
"The essence of time and tradition: a Reserva that embodies timeless elegance. A masterful balance between ripe fruit and patient aging in the heart of Spain."
The Art of Riojan Patience
This Classic Reserva is a tribute to the historical viticulture of Rioja Alta. Crafted under a strict selection protocol, the wine rests for one year in select oak barrels to absorb spicy notes, followed by two years of absolute silence in the bottle. The result is a piece of liquid goldsmithery: a wine that has exchanged the impetuosity of youth for the wisdom and silkiness of maturity.

4. Pairing and Serving Recommendation
Autumn Classics: Pairs sublimely with grilled red meat cuts, Castilian-style roasted suckling lamb, and wild game stews.
Special Dishes: Its silkiness makes it ideal to accompany dishes with wild mushrooms, black truffle, or duck magret with red fruit reduction.
Cheeses and Charcuterie: Long-aged Manchego cheeses, Ibérico ham (Jamon Iberico de bellota), and Cecina de León (cured beef).
Serving Protocol: Enjoy between 16°C and 18°C. **Decanting for at least 30 minutes is strongly recommended** to allow the wine to "awaken" after its long rest in the bottle.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is this a wine to drink now or to age?
It is at its peak, but thanks to its Reserva structure, it has an additional aging potential of 5 to 8 years in a cool cellar.
What do Graciano and Mazuelo contribute to the blend?
Graciano provides a citrus acidity and freshness that prevents the wine from being heavy, while Mazuelo enhances color and oxidation resistance during the years in barrel.
