MALBEC GUALTALLARY 2016
TUPUNGATO • UCO VALLEY • BODEGA PULENTA ESTATE
"Pulenta's most austere and mineral Malbec: the unique expression of Gualtallary's calcareous soils at 1,300 meters."
The Most Exclusive Terroir of the Uco Valley
The Pulenta Single Vineyard Malbec Gualtallary 2016 comes from one of Argentina's most coveted terroirs. At 1,300 meters above sea level in Tupungato, the alluvial soils with a high content of calcium carbonate (chalk) impart a granular texture and unique minerality to the wine, distinguishing it from any other Malbec in the world. With 18 months in new French oak, this wine is the pinnacle of Pulenta Estate's Single Vineyard collection.
