MIL DEMONIOS
PIRATA CABERNET 2021

100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON • LIMITED EDITION • MENDOZA

"A sensory boarding: the power of Cabernet Sauvignon in its purest and most challenging state, born under the sun of the Andes."

🇦🇷 ORIGIN: UCO VALLEY, MENDOZA | 🍷 GRAPE: 100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON | 🏷️ WINERY: MIL DEMONIOS

The King of Reds in a Pirate Edition

The Mil Demonios Pirata Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a tribute to the structure and elegance of the world's most prestigious varietal. Grown in selected micro-terroirs of Mendoza, this 2021 vintage captures the intensity of the mountain climate. It is a wine with "grip," where sweet peppers and black fruits merge with the character of oak. Its name Pirata (Pirate) evokes the winemaker's tireless search for hidden treasures in the vineyard, resulting in a bold, dark, and deeply magnetic wine.

4. Pairing and Consumption Moments

Gastronomic Pairing: Being a highly structured Cabernet Sauvignon, it requires high-impact dishes. It is the perfect companion for a thick-cut Asado (barbecue) such as Tomahawk or Rib-eye. It also pairs exceptionally well with slow-cooked stews, wild boar, strong-flavored cheeses (Roquefort or aged Cheddar), and spicy dishes.

Suggested Moments:

  • Business: An impressive wine that projects character and distinction in corporate meals.
  • Asado: The ideal Cabernet to stand up to the intensity of fire and premium meat.
  • Gift: Due to its name and quality, it is a memorable gift for the collector seeking "gems" from Mendoza.
  • Special Celebration: Perfect for toasting anniversaries or milestones where a red wine with history is desired.
  • Romantic Dinner: For evenings that demand a complex and full-bodied wine.
  • Family Meal: The star of a Sunday table where meat is the main attraction.
