La Guía 2021
Aurelio García | Garnacha de Gredos 750ml
"The naked elegance of Garnacha: a personal interpretation of the granite landscape of the Sierra de Gredos, where mineral purity defines the new standard for high-altitude wines."
Purity in Granite
La Guía 2021 is Aurelio García's commitment to subtlety. Far from heavy extractions, this wine seeks the lightness and vertical energy of old Garnacha vines. It is a landscape wine, where the granite soil of the Sierra de Gredos manifests itself in an ethereal texture and a saline finish that places it among the most sophisticated and fresh red wines of Castilla y León.
