🇲🇽 ORIGIN: OJOS NEGROS VALLEY, BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO | 🍷 STYLE: NATURAL DRY RED WINE (FIELD BLEND / CO-FERMENTATION) | 🏷️ WINERY: DOMINIO DE LAS ABEJAS

Organic Viticulture, Minimal Intervention, and the Purity of Ojos Negros

The Dominio de las Abejas "Néctar de Campo" 750 ml Red Wine is an authentic enological revelation crafted by the artisan winery Dominio de las Abejas (created by winemaker Mauricio Ruiz Cantú and viticulturist Ricardo Michel). Born in the cold, sustainable vineyards of the Ojos Negros Valley with organic certification by CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers), this strictly dry red wine is a "field blend" where grapes such as Grenache, Nero d'Avola, and other Mediterranean varieties are harvested together and co-fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks without fining or filtering, Néctar de Campo stands out for its pure vibrancy, linear vibrant acidity, extremely silky tannins, and enveloping aromas of fresh cherries, blueberries, lavender, smoked spices, and wild herbs. Available with full guarantee at LaCava.shop.
