With a meticulous selection of grapes that take advantage of the region's thermal oscillation, Cahuayo presents itself as a straightforward wine, with an enviable structure and an aromatic palette that celebrates ripe red and black fruits, complemented by barrel aging that gives it sophistication without losing its wild identity.
