Manzanilla La Especial 2016 breaks with the traditional solera system to offer a liquid testimony of a specific year. Aged under an uninterrupted flor veil for over 6 years without "rocíos" or blends, this "pasada" manzanilla, matured by time, offers a structural depth and pungent elegance reserved only for Valdespino's collector's pieces. It is the perfect balance between the chalk of the albariza and the sea breeze.

Palate: Powerful, vertical, and extremely dry entry. Salinity is the main protagonist, accompanied by a unctuous yet vibrant texture. Extreme mineral finish, dry, and very persistent.
