Xion Albariño 2024
D.O. Rías Baixas • Salnés Valley 750ml
"The vibrant essence of the Atlantic: an author's Albariño that captures the freshness of the Salnés Valley, offering a perfect balance between fruity intensity and mineral elegance."
Glyceric Purity of Salnés
Xion Albariño 2024 is the dynamic interpretation of Attis Bodega y Viñedos. Unlike conventional young whites, Xion benefits from 3 to 4 months of aging on fine lees, which gives it an enveloping structure and a silky texture. It is a wine that speaks of the sea, of granite, and of the Galician breeze, maintaining that citrus "electricity" that defines the best examples from Salnés.

2. Sommelier's Notes
Appearance: Straw yellow with subtle greenish reflections. It appears clean, crystalline, and with exceptional brilliance in the glass.
Nose: Aromatic intensity dominated by white fruits (pear, green apple) and fresh citrus. An elegant saline and mineral background stands out, directly evoking the proximity of the ocean.
Palate: Fresh and markedly glyceric on entry. Its passage through the mouth is unctuous thanks to the lees aging, balanced by a vibrant acidity that culminates in a long finish with the characteristic salinity of the terroir.
