🇮🇹 ORIGIN: I.G.T. BIANCO DEL VENETO, ITALY | 🥂 STYLE: DRY, ELEGANT & MINERAL WHITE WINE | 🏷️ WINERY: TENUTA SANT'ANTONIO

The Avant-Garde and Refined Expression of Veneto's Terroir

The Sant Antonio Hida White Wine, Veneto - Wine of Italy is a captivating wine jewel that encapsulates the purity and sophistication of Northern Italy's landscapes. Created by the acclaimed winery Tenuta Sant'Antonio — passionately managed by the four Castagnedi brothers — this exceptional white wine comes from selected vineyards cultivated in the specific origin of the Veneto region. It is a formally dry wine, vinified through careful thermal control to preserve the most volatile and subtle aromatic compounds of the grape. Hida seduces with its extraordinary harmony between refreshing acidity, wild floral notes, and a delightfully silky texture, delivering a modern, clean, and deeply elegant interpretation of Italian enological heritage.

Enveloping aromas of white orange blossom and jasmine flowers are revealed, intertwined with notes of fresh stone fruits (white peach, apricot) and delicate nuances of ripe citrus like grapefruit, on an elegant and subtle chalky mineral background.

Palate: Its entry is agile, vibrant, and pleasantly refreshing. On the palate, it unfolds completely dry, displaying a well-achieved silky texture due to contact with lees. It shows a perfect balance between crisp acidity and juicy fruitiness. Its finish is clean, sharp, and persistent, leaving an elegant floral aftertaste and a pleasant mineral sensation.

Precise Gourmet Pairing: The dry, balanced, and crisp character of this Veneto white wine makes it an extremely versatile gastronomic companion. It harmonizes exceptionally well with fresh seafood (oysters, clams, octopus carpaccio), fish tiraditos, refined ceviches, and high-end sushi. Suggested Moments:

  • Summer (Summer Afternoons and Evenings): The absolute king for warm days. Its freshness and floral intensity refresh the spirit at poolside gatherings, on terraces, or during outdoor meals under the summer sun.
  • Romantic Dinner: Its subtle, elegant, and sophisticated profile provides an ideal delicacy to start an intimate evening for two, impeccably accompanying a light and select dinner.
  • "Carnita Asada" (Alternative Pairing): Fantastic to accompany the prelude to the grill, gloriously pairing with marine appetizers, grilled cheeses, and light cured meats before the main cuts.

frequently asked questions (FAQS)

What is the specific origin and winery of this white wine?

This premium white wine is made by the prestigious Tenuta Sant'Antonio winery, founded by the Castagnedi brothers. Its specific origin is strictly located in the historical and qualitative Veneto region, in northeastern Italy, under the I.G.T. Bianco del Veneto geographical classification.
