Aging: 9 months in French oak barrels (500L) + 9 months in bottle.

Appearance: Bright and clean color, with a dense presence that anticipates amplitude.
Nose: Very complex. Notes of mandarin, grapefruit, pear, and pineapple, accompanied by dried fruits such as walnut and almond. Mineral nuances and a subtle hint of vanilla appear.
