TRIO OF MEZCALS
URAKAN & AGUA BENDITA

SAN DIONISIO OCUTEPEC AND SANTIAGO MATATLÁN • OAXACA

★★★★★ 5.0 / 5 (42 REVIEWS)

"The definitive trilogy of Oaxacan mezcal mastery. A strictly dry sensory journey through the strength, purity, and artisanal devotion of Espadín agave."

🇲🇽 ORIGIN: OAXACA, MEXICO | 🍸 STYLE: TRIO OF DRY ARTISANAL MEZCALS | 🏷️ BRAND: URAKAN & AGUA BENDITA

Artisanal Trilogy, Diverse Proofs, and Oaxacan Heritage

The Trio of Mezcales Urakan Black 45, Urakan Plata 38, and Agua Bendita 38 brings together three peak expressions of Oaxaca's ancestral spirit in one exclusive package. This selection combines the oenological power of two renowned Oaxacan mezcal houses: Urakan Mezcal (with specific origin in San Dionisio Ocotepec) and Mezcal Agua Bendita (with specific origin in Santiago Matatlán).

The three labels in this set are categorically dry, made from 100% artisanal Espadín Agave (Agave Angustifolia Haw), cooked in underground conical stone ovens with local firewood, and distilled in traditional copper stills. This trio allows exploration from the intense, mystical, and smoky power of Urakan Black 45 (45% Alc. Vol.), through the balanced and mineral freshness of Urakan Plata 38 (38% Alc. Vol.), to the mystical, spirited, and subtly herbal smoothness of Agua Bendita (38% Alc. Vol.).

2. Luxury Tasting Notes (Profile by Label)

Urakan Black 45 (45% Alc. Vol. - San Dionisio Ocotepec): Crystalline with bright silver hues. The nose offers a powerful attack of dense smoke, vegetable charcoal, wet earth, and roasted agave penca. On the palate, it is firm, structured, dry, and robust, leaving a very prolonged and intense smoky aftertaste.

Urakan Plata 38 (38% Alc. Vol. - San Dionisio Ocotepec): Transparent and crystalline color with agile legs. Fresh aromas of green agave, wild citrus, a floral touch, and light smoke. Smooth, dry, fresh, and balanced entry on the palate with lively acidity that invites a second sip.

Agua Bendita 38 (38% Alc. Vol. - Santiago Matatlán): Clean and bright appearance. Velvety and mystical nose with notes of cooked agave piña, field herbs, white pepper, and subtle smoky highlights. On the palate, it is perceived as extremely friendly, dry, round, and silky with a balanced finish.
