Earthly Strength and High-Proof Tradition

Mezcal Urakān Black 45° 750ml represents the maximum power and sensory richness of Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Produced from 100% Espadín Maguey (Agave Angustifolia) matured for 8 to 10 years, this mezcal follows a purely artisanal process: three-day underground cooking in a conical stone oven, grinding in a traditional tahona, natural fermentation with endemic yeasts, and double distillation in 350 K/L copper stills. Classified as a dry profile spirit, it stands out for its traditional alcohol content of 45% ABV, delivering a robust body with accentuated earthy nuances, cooked agave, and vegetal notes with a long finish.
