Charles Heidsieck
Blanc des Millénaires 2007
"The pinnacle of Chardonnay: a masterpiece of patience and precision, matured for 15 years in the ancient Crayères to achieve sublime complexity."
The Legacy of Chalk and Time
The Blanc des Millénaires 2007 is a testament to the nobility of time. Only seven vintages have been released since its creation in 1983. This aristocratic Champagne is born from a radical selection of 5 Grands Crus from the Côte des Blancs (Oger, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Cramant and Vertus) and rests for more than a decade in Gallo-Roman chalk cellars. The result is a wine where extreme minerality blends with a silky texture, establishing itself as one of the finest and longest-lived Blanc de Blancs in history.

Nose: An aromatic palette of infinite complexity. It begins with notes of candied lemon and white flowers that, after aeration, evolve towards toasted hazelnuts, salted butter, a hint of smoke, and almond cream.
Palate: Majestic and silky attack. The balance is perfect between citrus freshness and a pungent chalky salinity. Eternal finish with hints of toasted bread and fine pastries.
