- Aging: 4 years in new charred oak + Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from Napa Valley.
- Purity: Cut with spring water from Alexander Valley.
- ABV: 44% Alc. Vol. (88 Proof).
- Content: 750 ml.
2. Sensory Experience
Appearance: Intense amber with deep coppery highlights. Persistent legs indicating its silkiness.
Nose: Explosion of burnt caramel, vanilla, and brown sugar. The Cabernet influence brings elegant notes of black cherry and ripe apricot.
Palate: Bold and honeyed entry. The rye provides a refined spice that gives way to notes of toasted bread and sweet spices. Long and silky finish with traces of dark chocolate.
