Appearance: Impenetrable ruby red, dense, glyceric, and with a brilliance that anticipates its enormous concentration.
Nose: Overwhelming complexity. Notes of perfectly ripe black fruits (blackberries, blueberries), followed by sweet spices, cocoa, premium tobacco, and a unique mineral and balsamic background.
Palate: Majestic. It presents a silky texture that envelops the palate with a massive concentration balanced by a vibrant acidity. The finish is an infinite progression of fruit and velvet.

4. Art of Service
Pairing: Grilled A5 Wagyu, roasted squab with Alba truffle reduction, or haute cuisine dishes with dense balsamic reductions.
