2. Sommelier Notes
Appearance: Intense purple red, violet flashes, very bright with medium-high depth.
Nose: Complex. Notes of red and black fruits (blackberry, raspberry), black pepper, cloves, and an elegant background of chocolate and toast.
Palate: Silky entry. Great balance with mature, round tannins. Harmonious and slightly mineral finish.

1. Return Period
Product returns are accepted up to ninety (90) calendar days from the date the order is received by the customer.
2. Condition of Products
For a return to be approved, the product must mandatorily meet the following conditions:
- Sealed Bottles: All wine bottles must remain closed, intact, and in their original state.
- Original Packaging: The outer packaging (box, packaging) and security labels or seals, if any, must be complete and unopened.
- Exclusion: Returns will not be accepted for any bottle that has been opened or whose security seal has been broken.
3. Return Process
- The customer must notify their intention to return the order within the 90-day period by contacting our customer service department.
- Once the request is verified, instructions for shipping the products will be provided.
- Upon receipt and physical inspection of the products to confirm they meet Condition 2, a full refund of the cost of the wine will be processed.
