If the original In&Out is already an international benchmark, this special edition raises the proposition through a rigorous micro-parcel selection in the hills of Abruzzo. It is a cult Italian red that defies the senses with its imposing tannic extraction, velvety body and a prolonged aging in fine wood that adds layers of aromatic complexity unattainable for other reds. Its presence is sober and unforgettable, making it the ideal choice for collectors and lovers of great age-worthy wine.

Palate: Majestic and of enormous weight. The tannins are powerful but with an incredibly silky texture. It shows a perfect balance between the opulence of black fruit and the finesse of toasted wood. Endless, spicy and elegant finish.

Gastronomy: This is a wine for dishes of deep, complex flavor. It pairs masterfully with dry-aged red meats, big-game stews in wine sauce, oven-roasted lamb with dark herbs and extra-aged cheeses (cave-aged Pecorino or 60-month Parmigiano).
Service: Decanting for at least 3 hours is recommended so the wine "wakes up". Serve at 18°C - 20°C in large Bordeaux-style glasses.
