BOND
"VECINA" • OAKVILLE
"A cult Cabernet Sauvignon, deeply earthy and structured, representing the most robust and long-lived face of Oakville."
The Vecina Terroir
Located on the western slopes of Oakville, the Vecina vineyard sits on alluvial cones that force the roots to dig deeper in search of nutrients. This struggle for survival results in the most robust wine with the greatest aging potential from the BOND family. It is the quintessential masculine expression of Oakville, with an evolutionary capacity exceeding 40 years in the cellar.

4. Gastronomy and Pairing
Suggested Harmony: Its tannic power requires high-protein dishes. Exceptional with Prime Rib Eye (Dry Aged), wild boar in red wine, or highly complex mole negro. The earthy flavors of black truffle and wild mushrooms are its best allies.
Serving: It is recommended to decant for **2 to 3 hours** before serving to allow its structure to soften.
Temperature: Enjoy strictly between **17°C and 18°C** in large Bordeaux-style glasses.
