TEATRO ALLA SCALA
BRUT MILLESIMATO 2020
BELLAVISTA WINERY • FRANCIACORTA • ITALY
"The stage of the senses: a score of golden bubbles celebrating the perfect harmony between technical rigor and artistic passion."
Bellavista's Grand Opera
Teatro alla Scala Brut 2020 is not just a wine, it's an event. Crafted by the **Bellavista** winery in the heart of **Franciacorta**, this Millesimato represents the most rigorous selection from the estate's best plots. A significant portion of the base wines is fermented and aged in small white oak barrels for seven months, lending an unusual structure and longevity. After blending, the wine rests on its lees for a minimum of 4 years, achieving a complexity that evokes the grandeur of the Milanese theater from which it takes its name.

4. Pairing and Gala Service
Gastronomy: Due to its great structure, this Franciacorta is a pure gastronomy wine. It pairs sublimely with pasta dishes filled with seafood, grilled lobster, white meats with creamy sauces, or a saffron risotto with gold flakes. It is also the ideal companion for aged goat cheeses.
Service: Serve at a temperature between **6°C and 8°C**. The use of large glasses for vintage sparkling wines is recommended, allowing the wine to oxygenate and reveal all its tertiary notes.
