- Process: Traditional tahona milling and double distillation in copper.
- Character: Silky with a predominant wild influence.
2. Tasting Notes (Sensory Experience)
Sight: Crystalline and brilliant with subtle silver flashes. Light body and elegant movement in the glass.
Nose: Remarkably fresh profile. Pine and resin notes from Bicuishe harmoniously intertwine with the sweetness of cooked agave and a fruity hint of green apple.
Palate: Smooth, gentle, and very silky entry. Unfolds mineral flavors, white pepper, and dry herbs, finishing with a discreet smokiness and an impeccably clean finish.
