- Varietals: Ancestral Obeidi and Merwah grapes.
- Distillation: Triple artisanal distillation in copper stills.
- Aging: Minimum 12 months in fired clay amphorae.
- Alcohol Content: 53% Alc. Vol. (Optimal traditional proof).
- Content: 750 ml.
2. Sommelier's Notes
Appearance: Perfectly clear and brilliant. When mixed with water, it acquires the iconic dense and elegant opalescent milky white color (Louche Effect).
Nose: Potent and fresh aroma. Crisp notes of green anise, fennel, and licorice with a subtly fruity background of premium grape.
Palate: Vigorous yet surprisingly velvety entry. Aging in clay provides a unique silkiness. Long, refreshing, and digestive finish.

- Lebanese Ritual: Mix 1/3 Arak with 2/3 fresh water. Add ice at the end.
